How is the key handover carried out?

The key handover is contactless via a safe at the entrance – you will receive the access code by email before your arrival.

 

How can I be reached if I have questions or problems?

We are available by phone 24/7. You will receive the phone number before your arrival.

 

Where are the garbage cans located?

The garbage bins can be found in the small wooden house next to the garden at house number 11. Paper and residual waste are located there.

 

How does the electricity work outdoors?

The outdoor sockets are activated by switches inside. The switches are located next to the outdoor light.

 

Where are cleaning supplies, a first-aid kit, and the electrical box?

The electrical box is in the cupboard behind the mirror in the entrance area. The mirror opens like a door – you will also find a first-aid kit and a hand broom with dustpan inside.
