2. Data collected and purposes
Contact details (name, email, telephone): For inquiries/bookings related to contract processing (Art. 6 para. 1 b GDPR). Storage until the end of the purpose plus statutory retention periods (e.g., 10 years for tax purposes).

Usage data (IP address, browser): Used for security/optimization purposes during website visits (Art. 6 para. 1 f GDPR), anonymized and deleted.

We use necessary cookies (Art. 6 para. 1 f GDPR) to ensure the website functions correctly (e.g., session cookies, deleted after the session ends). Optional cookies (e.g., for analysis/tracking such as Google Analytics) are only set after you have given your explicit consent (Art. 6 para. 1 a GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time.

3. Disclosure to third parties
Data will be forwarded to the Aberle agency (Tegernseer Str. 23, 83703 Gmund) for property management purposes (data processing on behalf of a controller, Art. 28 GDPR). No transfer to third countries.

4. Your rights
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection (Articles 15-22 GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time by email. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (BayLDA).

5. Data deletion
Data will be deleted as soon as the purpose ceases to apply or you revoke your consent, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
