Upon arrival, you will find two high-quality dog beds including blankets from our sustainable premium partner MOUNTAINDOG . In addition, there is a large, high-quality cuddly blanket for the sofa, a food and water bowl station, and a small welcome surprise for your four-legged friend.

 

Private garden

The fully fenced garden (approx. 160 m²) offers plenty of space for safe romping, relaxing and enjoying the sun – ideal for a carefree break for dog and owner.

 

Dog Beaches & Swimming at Lake Tegernsee

Lake Tegernsee is one of the most dog-friendly regions in Bavaria and offers several designated dog beaches, as well as natural bathing areas:

• Dog beach Rottach-Egern – about a 15-minute walk along the lake promenade.

• Dog beach Gmund – approx. 5.9 km away, near the Mangfall bridge, with shallow access to the water.

• Dog beach Bad Wiessee (Abwinkl) – approx. 5 km away, spacious area with magnificent lake views.

• Dog beach natural shore Ringsee / Weißach estuary – approx. 5.9 km away, between Rottach-Egern and Bad Wiessee, natural area with shallow water.

Dogs are welcome to play, swim, and enjoy the lake year-round on designated dog beaches. Between October and April, dogs are also permitted on most sections of the shoreline around Lake Tegernsee. Furthermore, numerous restaurants and cafés in the region warmly welcome dogs – often right on the water.
